Record browser proof for index.css after merging main

Main's Alert History column widths (#2537) changed index.css after
this branch's browser pass, so the merged file had no receipt. The two
changes touch separate rules; the merged file was re-measured on the
Docker containers, Kubernetes configuration and Alert History tables.
