Isolate the webhook Docs browser fixture from runtime auth

Browse Source 
Model the incidental initial security-status read as first-run state instead of depending on an absent backend. Keep console errors asserted; the receipt is offline Docs rendering, not authentication or notification acceptance.

Contract-Neutral: Browser fixture only; no product, notification or security behaviour changes.
