proxmox(overview): label the workloads identifier column ID, not Info

On a pure-Proxmox surface the polymorphic 'info' column always renders
the VMID; the generic 'Info' header was unified-model vocabulary leaking
into a platform page (v5 called it 'ID'). Use the existing
columnLabelOverrides hook. Flagged by the Proxmox overview parity audit.
