Use locked formatter output for the preservation assertion

The second source proof again completed the 63 command tests, terminal/file phases, type checking and lint, but retained a Prettier failure. Use the integrity-verified Prettier 3.9.9 package from this assignment’s supplied npm cache to format the remaining assertion; do not weaken the style check or touch runtime source.

Contract-Neutral: Mechanically formatted regression-test assertion only; no product or contract behaviour changes.
