Record consuming proof for safe diagnostic collection help

Bind current desktop and 390px Docs navigation, reviewed pixels and the existing empty Diagnostics panel to byte-identical shipped guides. Retain original browser fixture failures and the unmodified live-check/privacy boundaries. This records help usability, not native recovery.
