Match setup handoff E2E to the corrected first-source copy

#2309 reworded the empty setup-complete next step so it no longer
promises temperatures and SMART on every Proxmox host, but the stable
tier E2E spec still waited for the old sentence. Core E2E has failed on
main since that merge. Expect the current English copy.

Contract-Neutral: Test copy follows #2309; no runtime change
