Record the browser pass for the combined Machines table (#2597)

#2579 (row alert tint) and #2578 (shared relative-time clock) each
carried a receipt for their own AgentsMachinesTable.tsx, and both merged
without conflict, so main's combined file is covered by neither. The
combined table was checked on a private mock stack: an alerted machine
keeps its red row tint at 1600px light and 390px dark, its drawer lists
the alert, and its seen age moves from "just now" to "3h ago" when the
clock jumps three hours with no data change.
