Move the connected-systems note clear of main's runtime note
Both branches appended a dated section at the end of agent-lifecycle.md, so merging main conflicted. Taking main's file with this branch's note one section earlier keeps both notes and lets main merge cleanly.

### Pulse Pro runtime switch routes (14 October 2026)

`GET /api/updates/pro-runtime` and `POST /api/updates/pro-runtime/apply` in

`internal/api/updates.go` replace only the Pulse server binary through the

existing update pipeline. They add no agent enrollment, command, install or

reporting path, and agent continuity stays judged by the same update readiness
verdict the apply route already computes for its target version.
