Name Proxmox in the README headline for search (#2265)

A zero-star GitHub fork, which still carries the old repository
description, has been outranking Pulse for Proxmox monitoring searches.
The README headline did not say what Pulse monitors, and search engines
weight the top of the README heavily.

This changes the headline from "Infrastructure monitoring that finds
what needs attention." to "Real-time Proxmox, Docker and Kubernetes
monitoring that finds what needs attention.". It keeps the existing
promise and leads with the platforms people search for. The repository
description was updated to match.
