Record the browser pass for the merged Patrol state hook

Merging main brought in its own removals of summaryStats and the
correlation supporting read, so the hook's final content matches neither
parent and needs a receipt bound to that content. Builds of origin/main
and of this merged tree ran on pulse-dev on private demo stacks: the
Patrol page, Open in Assistant, tab hide/show and the stale-data banner
with Retry behave the same on both at 1440 and 390 px, with the same
endpoint set and no console errors.
