Add six chat actions with shared target parsing, uniform authenticated dispatch, precise read markers and structured unnamed-agent errors. Exclude agent chat from ChatGPT and pin the direction guard. Bump the surface to 0.102, update documentation and goldens, and shorten duplicated prompt prose within the fixed budgets.
