* test(e2e): the command palette is a keyboard- and screen-reader-usable combobox, axe-clean with results and recents (TASK-2234); adds @axe-core/playwright * fix(web): the command palette is an ARIA combobox (listbox options, active descendant, announced count) and the keyboard works on recent searches; status pills clear 4.5:1 (TASK-2234) * test(e2e): reopen the palette only once the item page has settled (TASK-2234) * test: navigation follows the grouped render order; a body-only match is announced; the e2e reads aria-controls as a list and really scans dark (TASK-2234, codex r1) * fix(web): palette navigation walks the grouped results in rendered order; the announcement counts content matches (TASK-2234, codex r1) * test: the selection follows its item across a grouped append; nothing is announced while the content search runs (TASK-2234, codex r2) * fix(web): the palette selection follows its item across Load more; the live region waits for the content search (TASK-2234, codex r2)
