With this we no longer get compile errors in vscode because the fuzzing code uses fns that are themselves gated with cfg(fuzzing). We have to tell rust about the feature in Cargo.toml to avoid warnings.
Iroh Quinn
This is a fork based on quinn, maintained by n0. Currently published to crates.io under
iroh-quinn.

Quinn is a pure-rust, async-compatible implementation of the IETF [QUIC][quic] transport protocol.
