Jianhui Zhao f992856d53 ui: add terminal window splitting functionality 
- Add horizontal and vertical split options to context menu
- Support recursive splitting for complex terminal layouts

rttys is the server-side component of the rtty remote terminal system. It provides a web-based management interface and handles connections from rtty clients running on remote devices.
