Oliver Kieselbach 372f0c7c98 feat(web): source pill for non-Intune install rows + per-source row key
Customers who additionally deploy Microsoft 365 Apps as their own Win32 app saw two
rows in Install Progress (the IME view and the Office C2R lifecycle) with nothing
telling them apart, which read as a duplicate.

- New lib/installProgress.ts: buildInstallItems() extracted from the component so the
event-folding rules are unit-testable; component is now render-only.
- InstallItem gains `source` (ime | office-c2r | realmjoin) and a source-scoped `key`.
Rows were keyed by app name alone, so a Win32 app named exactly "Microsoft 365 Apps"
(= OfficeInstallDetector.AppName) collided with the C2R row and overwrote its state.
- Pill only for non-default sources: "Click-to-Run" / "RealmJoin", neutral grey so it
does not compete with the state badge, with a tooltip explaining what the row measures.
Plain Intune app rows stay unlabelled.
- Drops the "RJ: " name prefix, which broke sorting and truncation.

Verified: tsc clean, vitest 643/643 (16 new).
