Oliver Kieselbach f762b932a2 feat(agent): CJK + Russian labels in netsh WiFi fallback parser ...

Extend the localized label sets with the remaining languages seen in
enrollments: Russian, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified + Traditional,
incl. the 信道/通道 channel variants) and Korean (incl. the two radio-
type spellings). SSID stays untranslated everywhere. New zh-CN and ko
parser tests; suite green.
