feat: expose API latency to MCP field projection and tool docs

Browse Source 
- SearchSessionsFunction fields whitelist += avgApiLatencyMs,
  apiRequestCount so search_sessions lean sweeps (e.g.
  fields=geoCountry,avgApiLatencyMs,apiRequestCount) can aggregate
  latency without full SessionSummary payloads
- search_sessions tool doc lists the new fields incl. the weighting
  hint; get_geographic_metrics doc names avgApiLatencyMs /
  apiLatencyVsGlobalPct as the backend-region distance metric
