Oliver Kieselbach cfb896e4f7 fix(mcp): review quick-wins M1/M5/M9/M10/M11/M12
- M1: fix 3 phantom event types in get_session_summary sets
  (performance_collector_stopped, agent_metrics_collector_stopped,
  agent_trace); export EXCLUDED/KEY/PHASE_EVENT_TYPES + hoist
PHASE_EVENT_TYPES; add subset drift test (sets ⊆ ALL_EVENT_TYPES)
- M5: get_metrics uses allSettled — rethrows when both endpoints fail,
  attaches partialErrors on single failure (was silent null success);
get_session parallelizes analysis fetch + swallows only 404
- M9: error-handler timeout branch matches error.name (real
AbortSignal.timeout DOMException); drop exceptionType (CLR) leak from
  4xx; add 401 branch; new error-handler.test.ts
- M10: central config.ts (API_BASE_URL) — kills 3x hard-coded prod URL
fallback, fail-fast in production, logs effective URL at boot
- M11: cveId regex-validated + normalized; search_sessions date params
  parseable-ISO refined
- M12: get_software_inventory GA-without-tenantId guard routed through
  toolError (was success-shaped envelope)

Autopilot Monitor

Status License Website

Advanced monitoring and troubleshooting solution for Windows Autopilot deployments. Gain full visibility into every enrollment session with a detailed event timeline, fleet health dashboards, and session reporting. Define custom analysis rules to automatically detect issues and gather rules to collect targeted evidence. Retrieve diagnostics packages on demand, configure agent settings like auto-reboot behavior and automatic timezone adjustment — all managed centrally from the web dashboard.

Overview

Autopilot Monitor provides real-time tracking, intelligent diagnostics, and automated troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot enrollment processes. It consists of:

  • Bootstrap Script — PowerShell script deployed via Intune that starts monitoring early in the enrollment process
  • Monitoring Agent — Lightweight .NET application that collects telemetry and evidence during enrollment
  • Backend API — Azure Functions-based ingestion and processing pipeline
  • Web Dashboard — Next.js application for real-time monitoring and fleet analytics

Architecture
