Phase 4 (RemoteConfigService.FetchConfigAsync, RemoteConfigMerger.Merge, AuthFailureTracker ceiling refresh, logger SetLogLevel, SelfUpdater hash propagation, BinaryIntegrityVerifier check + IntegrityCheckFailed emergency-report dispatch, BootstrapConfigCleanup H-2 mitigation) moves into Runtime/AgentRuntimeConfig.cs. RuntimeConfigBundle exposes the live RemoteConfigService (still needed later by the rotate_config ServerAction callback), the fetched AgentConfigResponse and the RemoteConfigMergeResult diff (consumed by the EmitUnrestrictedModeAuditIfChanged lifecycle hook). VerifyBinaryIntegrity and TryCleanupBootstrapConfig stay private to the factory — they are pure side-effect helpers with no return value needed downstream. The runtime-self-update trigger closure no longer captures Program.GetAgentVersion via implicit access; it receives the agent version as a parameter instead. RunAgent's Phase 4 block shrinks from ~70 lines to 7 lines (factory call + bundle destructuring). No behavioural change: ordering of side effects (Merge before UpdateLimits before SetLogLevel before SelfUpdater hash before VerifyIntegrity before BootstrapCleanup) is preserved exactly. Tests: 4 new AgentRuntimeConfigTests (RuntimeConfigBundle property mapping + 3 null-arg validation cases). Full V2.Core suite 753/754 (1 known RecoveryPathTests threading flake, passes solo). Autopilot Monitor
Advanced monitoring and troubleshooting solution for Windows Autopilot deployments. Gain full visibility into every enrollment session with a detailed event timeline, fleet health dashboards, and session reporting. Define custom analysis rules to automatically detect issues and gather rules to collect targeted evidence. Retrieve diagnostics packages on demand, configure agent settings like auto-reboot behavior and automatic timezone adjustment — all managed centrally from the web dashboard.

Overview
Autopilot Monitor provides real-time tracking, intelligent diagnostics, and automated troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot enrollment processes. It consists of:
- Bootstrap Script — PowerShell script deployed via Intune that starts monitoring early in the enrollment process
- Monitoring Agent — Lightweight .NET application that collects telemetry and evidence during enrollment
- Backend API — Azure Functions-based ingestion and processing pipeline
- Web Dashboard — Next.js application for real-time monitoring and fleet analytics
