Addresses Codex second-pass on commit 51d57153:
Fix #A (High, behavioral regression) — ShouldTransitionToAwaitingHello in
DecisionEngine.Shared.cs was gated on Profile.EspConfig ∈ {DeviceEspOnly,
NoEsp}, which requires BOTH skipUser + skipDevice observations before the
derived enum leaves Unknown. A realistic bootstrap where only the skipUser
half lands (skipDevice missing) therefore blocked the AwaitingHello
promotion, while the pre-refactor `state.SkipUserEsp?.Value == true` guard
would have unlocked it. The guard now reads the raw half-fact
`ScenarioObservations.SkipUserEsp?.Value` directly, restoring exact legacy
semantics. Profile.EspConfig keeps its "needs both halves" shape — it is a
derived classification for other consumers, not a substitute for the raw
observation here.
Two new regression tests pin the fix:
- EspConfigDetectedSkipUserTrue_onlyHalfPayload_stillUnblocksAwaitingHello
- EspExiting_partialSkipUserTrue_armsHelloSafety
Fix #B (Medium, serialization parity) — DecisionCoreJsonSettings did not
register UnknownFallbackEnumConverter<T> for the five new profile enums
(EnrollmentMode, EnrollmentJoinMode, EspConfig, PreProvisioningSide,
ProfileConfidence), so they round-tripped as numeric JSON with no
cross-version fallback. Now registered alongside the other DecisionCore
enums; fallbacks follow each enum's Unknown-equivalent value (None for
PreProvisioningSide, Low for ProfileConfidence, Unknown for the rest).
Six new SerializationTests verify string-form serialization, known-value
round-trip, and unknown-value fallback for each of the five enums plus an
end-to-end DecisionState round-trip through StateSerializer that asserts
the profile dimensions persist as string literals, not integers.
Suites: DecisionCore 211/211 (+8 new tests), Agent.V2.Core 650/650,
Functions 735/735; 0 warnings.

Autopilot Monitor
Advanced monitoring and troubleshooting solution for Windows Autopilot deployments. Gain full visibility into every enrollment session with a detailed event timeline, fleet health dashboards, and session reporting. Define custom analysis rules to automatically detect issues and gather rules to collect targeted evidence. Retrieve diagnostics packages on demand, configure agent settings like auto-reboot behavior and automatic timezone adjustment — all managed centrally from the web dashboard.

Autopilot Monitor is currently running as a Private Preview. Visit autopilotmonitor.com to request access and learn more.
Overview
Autopilot Monitor provides real-time tracking, intelligent diagnostics, and automated troubleshooting for Windows Autopilot enrollment processes. It consists of:
- Bootstrap Script — PowerShell script deployed via Intune that starts monitoring early in the enrollment process
- Monitoring Agent — Lightweight .NET application that collects telemetry and evidence during enrollment
- Backend API — Azure Functions-based ingestion and processing pipeline
- Web Dashboard — Next.js application for real-time monitoring and fleet analytics
