fix(web/sla): violator link points to /sessions/{id} not /session/{tenant}/{id}

The violator table on /sla linked to /session/${tenantId}/${sessionId},
which 404s — the canonical route is /sessions/[sessionId] (single
segment, plural). Same convention as /diagnosis, /admin and the
inspector. Restores navigation and makes sla_violator_opened actually
fire.
