docs(mcp): correct the query_raw_events cap figure in the payload page-size rationale (250 KB, not 500 KB); internal gitlink

Comment-only. The 500 KB figure is query_table's cap; query_raw_events serializes under
MAX_RESULT_SIZE_CHARS.events = 250 KB. Live 2026-09-10: 100 app_install_failed rows = 193 KB.
