fix missing LatestAgentSha256/Version mapping in AdminConfiguration table entity

Browse Source 
The CI/CD pipeline correctly writes these fields via REST Merge, but
ConvertFromAdminTableEntity never read them back — causing the agent to
always skip the post-config binary integrity check.
