gitignore: restore ime-files/ - local binaries scratch of /ime-decompile

Still needed: the skill extracts each MSI here (msiexec /a payload for grepping
in binaries); only decompilates go to the ime-decompiles repo and MSIs to the
ime-archive blob container.
