chore(web): drop Inspector deep-link from FailureSnapshotBlock + regen artifacts

Browse Source 
Removes the "View at lifecycle anchors" link (and its sessionId prop) from
FailureSnapshotBlock; SessionInfoCard updated to match the new prop shape.
Bumps page-lastmod.generated.ts and the V2 agent buildcounter.
