chore: regenerate the shared manifest and wire types for the NtpServer summary text (D-216 follow-up)

The manifest committed with d5d1d7bf carried the types section of the previous HEAD, so
the ntpServer doc string still read "null = use agent default"; SharedManifestParityTests
compares byte-for-byte. Generated output only, no wire change. Bumps the internal gitlink
(plan review addendum).
