feat(landing): scenario coverage chips in hero + MSI channel in about claims

Hero gets a quiet checkmark chip row (user-driven, pre-provisioning,
self-deploying, Device Preparation, Windows 365, Entra ID & Hybrid join);
about page deployment claim now includes the MSI LOB channel for WDP.
