Paul Lorenz d88c905f03 Stop codespell flagging the Actieve adopter entry ...

- adds actieve to the codespell ignore list; it is the name of an adopter listed in
  ADOPTERS.md, and a dictionary update started reporting it as a misspelling of active
- the check runs only on pull requests, so this surfaced as every open pull request
  going red at once rather than as a failure on main
