sometimes fail to start with what seems like a small enrolling race condition * move the link.dialers section to the first part. they are always there * put back the "CSR" section which was removed by mistake for private/fabric only routers
Building and Deploying the Latest Quickstart Docker Image
Build Docker Image
- change to this directory:
cd quickstart/docker - set an environment variable:
export ZITI_HOME=$(pwd) - source the helper script:
source ../ziti-cli-functions.sh - cleanup the binary directory if it exists:
rm -rf ./image/ziti.ignore - issue this function to pull the latest ziti binaries:
getLatestZiti - move the ziti binaries:
mv ziti-bin/ziti image/ziti.ignore/ - build the docker image:
docker build image -t openziti/quickstart - exec into a container and make sure it's the version you expect:
docker run --rm -it openziti/quickstart ziti version - cleanup:
rm ziti-*tar.gz; rm -rf ziti-bin
Push Docker Image to dockerhub
- retag the image locally to match the expected version:
docker push openziti/quickstart:0.19.3 - push the latest:
docker push openziti/quickstart - push the versioned tag:
docker push openziti/quickstart:0.19.3
