joshsiv-mulga fe329384e7 ci(e2e): install Go on tofu VM before running Go E2E suites ...

The tofu-provisioned VM ships with the spx binary and bash test scripts
but no go toolchain, so the prior workflow's "Install gotestsum on VM"
step failed with `bash: line 2: go: command not found`. Add a curl-based
Go 1.26.3 install (matching go.mod) ahead of the gotestsum install and
update the test step's PATH so make e2e-* runs the freshly-installed
go binary.
