joshsiv-mulga f667e2e0a6 fix(e2e): fix unbound variable on 2-node bare-metal cluster ...

Hardcoded 'for i in 1 2' loops assumed 3+ nodes, accessing NODE_IPS[2]
which doesn't exist on a 2-node cluster. With set -u this is a fatal
unbound variable error. Use seq 1 $((NODE_COUNT-1)) instead.
