Ben Duncan ee0b92c192 refactor: rename config files, paths, and env vars from hive to spinifex ...

- Rename hive.toml template → spinifex.toml
- Update all default paths: /etc/hive → /etc/spinifex, ~/hive → ~/spinifex
- Rename all HIVE_* env vars → SPINIFEX_* (SetEnvPrefix, BindEnv calls)
- Update nats.conf template server_name
- Update admin.go init/join commands for new paths and names
- Update paths.go, paths_test.go, config.go, config_test.go
