Ubuntu 22.04 was accepted by detect_os but the runtime apt list has never resolved on jammy, which ships dhcpcd5 rather than dhcpcd-base. No CI cell or E2E matrix installs on it, and the install docs already claim Ubuntu 26.04 and Debian 13 only, so drop the claim instead of carrying a jammy-conditional package branch for an untested suite.
