joshsiv-mulga c3c8e28f86 refactor: drop the legacy handlers_ecr import alias ...

Import domains/ecr under its package name, or as ecrdomain where the
file also imports the AWS SDK ecr package, matching acmdomain. Also fix
a stale daemon file reference in the integration ECR daemon comment.
