- workflows: add 'dev' to push/PR triggers (spinifex.yml, ui.yml, e2e.yml) - workflows: drop "Resolve Mulga Branch" fallback step; mulga is single-branch so checkout@v6 uses the default branch implicitly - dependabot: route gomod/github-actions/npm PRs to dev - diff-coverage.sh: pick origin/dev as base for feat branches, origin/main for dev - iac/proxmox-template: default git_branch to dev for cluster builds Refs docs/development/improvements/reintroduce-dev-branch.md
