Document the v<x.y.z>-eksbuild.<n> form, the bare-form leniency, the
DescribeAddonVersions filters and compatibilities, and how to pin a
version in Terraform. Replace the leave-addon_version-unset guidance.

Package-boundary contracts

This directory holds code-adjacent evidence that versions with the code: present lifecycle contracts and boundary notes describing a package as it stands. Plans, discovery reports, inventories and draft designs belong in the Mulga repository; the earlier ones are in docs/development/reference/spinifex-package-boundary/ there.
