Ben Duncan f3ee105ed4 docs: add a diagram of a Vultr deployment to the guide (#1367) ...

Shows deploy-vultr.sh building a private Vultr VPC with one node or three,
the nodes clustering over the private network for the control plane, EBS
and S3, Spinifex calling the Vultr API for reserved IPs, and the AWS
services running across the fleet.
