Deploys two Nginx EC2 instances behind an Application Load Balancer on Spinifex, exercising VPC, public subnets, IGW, security group, key pair + cloud-init, ALB, target group, and HTTP listener end-to-end. Also gitignore generated *.pem files from tofu local_file outputs.
