* refactor: move the gateway into ingress/aws/pipeline and retire the gateway layering rows The gateway's request pipeline joins the packages it already consumed. Operation inventory moves to ingress/aws/dispatch. Files keep their names; only the package line, the import paths and the now-redundant pipeline qualifier change. The layering rows for the gateway root are removed: the package is under ingress, so R2 binds it, and the daemon-direction test now asserts R2 rejects runtime, operator and domain imports. An empty registry_helper_test.go was dropped rather than moved. * refactor: rename pipeline.GatewayConfig to pipeline.Config * docs: update the design and package boundary docs for the gateway move * docs: point the EKS add-on lifecycle evidence at the tests' current files
Package-boundary contracts
This directory holds code-adjacent evidence that versions with the code: present lifecycle contracts and boundary notes describing a package as it stands.
Plans, discovery reports, inventories and draft designs belong in the Mulga repository; the earlier ones are in docs/development/reference/spinifex-package-boundary/ there.
