Josh Siviour c22a6f4ffc fix: install chrony on host via curl|bash setup path (#366)
The host clock needs an NTP daemon; without one it drifts and SigV4 request
signatures fall outside the skew window, kicking the web console back to /login.
Mirrors the ISO rootfs (iso-builder packages.list) so both host-install paths
ship the same software. Guest VMs track the host via kvm-clock.
