Julian Sommer 9d66ef8233 fix: sanitize error codes to prevent leaking internal errors to clients ...

Add awserrors.ValidErrorCode() to validate error strings against
ErrorLookup before sending to clients. Replace hardcoded
"ValidationError" strings in utils.go with awserrors constants.
