* feat(eks): delete nodegroups asynchronously and own one instance profile per nodegroup

* fix: confirm nodegroup workers are gone before deleting their profile, and kick the delete after the request

* fix: end a stuck nodegroup delete as DELETE_FAILED, and cover nodegroup delete in the EKS e2e

* docs: describe asynchronous nodegroup delete and the per-group instance profile

* test: keep the EKS e2e bystander instance profile until the parent test ends

* test: cover nodegroup delete failure paths, profile ownership refusals and worker absence checks
