Treat the ECR registry JWT as a signed identity pointer rather than a permission grant. Every /v2/* request now rehydrates the token's access key against current IAM/STS state, maps the OCI route to an ecr: action and repository ARN, and runs the identity-policy evaluator before dispatch. PullOnly/ReadOnly principals can no longer push, overwrite tags, or delete manifests, and key/session/user/role/account/policy revocation takes effect on the next request instead of at token expiry. Cross-repository blob mounts now require source-read permission and proof the digest is referenced by a manifest in the named source repo, closing an account-wide blob-fishing gap.
