joshsiv-mulga 2bacd5ba22 fix: update paths left stale by the package moves ...

The MariaDB image stamp test read the RDS engine from
handlers/rds/engine_mariadb.go, so test-images failed in CI; it now reads
domains/rds/engine/mariadb.go. Comments citing moved files now name
their new locations.
