joshsiv-mulga 08720a2c09 docs(workbook): drop lb-alpine import for microvm direct-boot LB

LBs now launch via direct-boot QEMU microvm using kernel + initramfs
bundled at /usr/share/spinifex/microvm/, so the legacy lb-alpine system
AMI import is no longer required.
