- Add CLAUDE.md with development guidance and architecture documentation - Add HIVE_DEVELOPMENT_PLAN.md with detailed roadmap integrating all TODO items - Update README.md with development setup and engineering philosophy - Transform TODO.md into structured roadmap with phase integration - Add development automation scripts (clone-deps.sh, dev-setup.sh) - Add configuration templates and systemd service files This establishes the foundation for scalable multi-repository development and provides clear guidance for contributors and development workflows.
