joshsiv-mulga 5427cbe37b fix(e2e-harness): use kebab-case is-default filter for DescribeVpcs

AWS EC2 DescribeVpcs filter names are kebab-case (is-default), and the
daemon's filter allowlist enforces that. The harness sent the camelCase
SDK field name (isDefault), so the daemon returned InvalidParameterValue
400 and DiscoverDefaultVPC fataled — leaving Phase 5 InstanceID empty
and cascading 16 downstream Single-Node E2E subtests to fail.
