joshsiv-mulga 651377fe9c ci(e2e-go): drop push trigger, manual dispatch only ...

Pull the on.push branch trigger so the workflow only fires from
workflow_dispatch — matches the e2e-ddil.yml Phase-1 pattern. Push
trigger lifts again once the single-node Go port (mulga-siv-89) is
green end-to-end and run-e2e.sh is retired.
