* feat: render predastore templates with the cluster and S3 planes split The templates set one bind_addr per host, which put raft and blob wherever S3 was published. A host now binds the cluster plane on the address peers dial and the gate carries its own bind_addr for the S3 API, so the installer can hand S3 the WAN without exposing replication with it. The single-node template also drops to one node of each role. Extra blob nodes only hash-partition keys across more badger indexes on the same drive, and extra meta replicas add fsyncs for a quorum that dies with the machine. * docs: regenerate the AWS model operation coverage table * fix: repin predastore to the merged dev commit
