Ben Duncan 573a42a617 ci: run the e2e nightly every day, off the top of the hour (#1027) ...

A weekend gap is two runs of evidence lost on a suite whose remaining
failures are a rate rather than a bug. GitHub queues scheduled runs behind
every other top-of-hour cron and sheds them under load, which is why
2026-09-14 never fired and why every run started 3h15m-3h45m late.
